As a homemaker needing to find a way to earn money to sustain her family, Heidi Faulkner began her Real Estate career with a training class she put on her credit card. After earning her license, soon she became one of Coldwell Banker’s top producers and was soon able to successfully support her family. Drawing from her inner strength Heidi became an inspiration to other agents and a multitude of happy clients. Since then, Heidi has been a successful business coach and mentor. With Coldwell Banker, she earned the position of Regional Trainer for Northern California. At a seminar she attended later, Heidi shared her tale of strength and redemption, won her the National “Inspirational Agent of the Year” award. To this day…Heidi believes that the business of Real Estate is not about buying and selling houses; it’s about the people living in those houses, that it’s about peoples’ lives. She has extensive training and years of experience with zoning, country property, septic systems, wells, regulations, laws, and all concerns and questions regarding any part of the property in question. She is solution-oriented and makes sure everyone involved in the transaction hears from her every day. She asks the right questions, listens to both sides and seeks a win-win for both buyer and seller. From homemaker and mother of three, married now for twenty years, to successful Realtor, loved and respected by clients and peers, Heidi’s journey of success was possible because of the care and vision she brings to each client.

Over twenty years ago, I began my real estate career in Sausalito where I had the privilege of meeting people from all over the world who were relocating or buying second homes in beautiful Marin County. From there, I began representing developers in the purchase of raw land for large projects and helped in the planning and entitlement process. Then, for the next ten years I exclusively sold new home communities in Marin and Sonoma counties, managing five different communites totaling over 500 homes. Now, I am delighted to be working in the Wine Country working with investors and individual homeowners, listing and selling homes, estates, and vineyards. Broker License
